Poor Customer Service and lack of communication. Called for an easy and simple document for my business, as we are losing hundreds if not thousands a day because we do not have this document. It has been over a month and I still have heard from them. Made several calls. Very disappointing a small local business like this has no regard or empathy for their customers. At the very least they could stay in communication with the people that they claim to want to serve.

Poor customer service. Lack of communication. I placed two calls inquiring on getting a business/partnership agreement drawn up. First call, left a voicemail. Did not receive a callback. Second call, I spoke to a lady and gave my name and number. Still never received a call back. That was 4 days ago. They should have enough respect to at least call you back and let you know whether or not they want your business. Versus not calling you back at all.

Mr. Patty was highly referred to me! His paralegal is wonderful, always in contact and very detailed. She is most efficient. I’m very proud to give this review! I felt Mr. Patty really cared!
