Mike is very knowledgeable and a skilled attorney, both in consult and in court. I retained the firm for a divorce that started with an order ex parte, and despite the intricacies around my case, he offered practical advice and direction the whole way. He was available by phone and email, and Jessi (paralegal) was able to answer questions along the way as well. We also had to go back to court again a year after the divorce was finalized because of custody issues, and once again Mike was helpful, professional, and effective. People tend to leave better reviews when they “win” their cases, but I would appreciate and respect Mike’s expertise regardless of the judge’s decision.

He represented my husband on a case that there was going to be no alternative but 3 yrs in prison. Yet Mr. Giglio offered up a remarkable defense and my husband received probation. He's an excellent lawyer and the best legal defense attorney around. I highly recommend him .

I don't normally leave reviews but I will in this case. This man stood by me in the lowest 2 1/2 years of my life. The legal process is long, hard and something I will never understand. I had a very “wild and unusual” legal issue. Mr. Giglio is patient, kind and had a very calming effect on me through the whole process. I honestly believe that he wants the best and least painful resolution for his clients and that he is a good and a honest man. The results weren’t exactly what I wanted but my main goal was to get this situation out of my life and he helped resolve the issue with the least amount of stress possible. I pray I never need a lawyer again but I would definitely use him if I ever did.
