⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars! I’d give more if I could! Erica was AMAZING! She was always communicative, supportive, and incredibly affordable. Super friendly and her office staff as well. She handled my custody case with genuine care, and thanks to her guidance, we were able to reach a settlement in mediation without needing to go to court. I have zero complaints. If you’re looking for an attorney who truly prioritizes her clients, I highly recommend her!

Now that this lawyer has officially been able to drop me by PARIS TN JUDGE, I can NOW OFFICIALLY ERICA PASCHALL SUCKS. WE could have dismissed my case with prejudice she had all the facts and evidence in her hands against the state the state had absolutely nothing to stand on with my case and the ADA FROM PARIS TN MORGAN GREER advised my lawyer that they WOULD refile my case if it proceeded to close. So instead of Erica fighting for me anyways she folded and let the ADA take over my case instead. 😒 Erica's slogan says an advocate in YOUR CORNER. SHES NOT SHES IN THE STATES CORNER. 🥳🥰💋

This lawyer is horrible. I WATCHED her defend an innocent girl yesterday and she still has to come back to court over something she did not do. Instead of her lawyer Erica taking up for her client she took suggestions from Morgan Paris TN DA on how to handle the case to suppese them because they have messed up so bad against this girl in this certain case. They subpoenaed 2 ppls yesterday that didn't even show up one being the girl that pressed the damn charges in the 1st place. I was very disappointed with this lawyers performance she does not work for her clients after they pay her to work for them she just works for the DAS office after what I seen in court yesterday. All the other lawyers were sitting on the other side and she was sitting at the DAS TABLE.

I called Erika in a moment of desperate need. She listened to all my concerns, and was very knowledgeable in the legal complexities in my case. She was very honest about the outcomes that could happen, and what she personally thought would happen. Don't let her office being appointment only stop you from contacting her. She responded QUICKLY after I sent her an email. Being in the legal situation I was in & having kids made it absolutely nerve racking and stressful. She was able to alleviate alot of my worries by explaining things clearly & quickly. Though we still may have one more court date to attend together. Worth every penny! She does come at a cost but you will not be disappointed and it all is well worth it. She has her own way of doing things, and it TOTALLY WORKS! She seems to always have some sort of plan or idea going in her head even if you don't know it. She was a major support system for me, not just as a lawyer but personally too. She will tell you the truth and give you just the right amount of building up just when you need it. Even when you think nothing is happening, this woman is making it work behind the scenes even after hours sometimes. I can not say I was disappointed with my outcome. I couldn't have asked for anything better. She's worth it all, and more!
