I used this law firm to handle a property subdivision and deed filing. Overall, it was a frustrating experience due to poor communication. I often had to send multiple emails and wait weeks for any response. When they finally filed the deed with the county, I only received a brief email saying it had been filed—no explanation of next steps or what to expect. After a couple of weeks with no update, I emailed several more times before finally getting a short reply telling me to call the county myself. When I did, I found out the process wasn’t actually complete—whiel the recorved the deed they were waiting on a copy of the official survey, something the law firm never told me I needed to submit.
