Had a wonderful lawyer to start my accident injury case. That lawyer retired and they stuck me with a person that didn't read the case information before accepting my case. Didn't like that we were positioned to go to trial. Lawyer tried to get me to settle and when the offer wasn't high enough he told me if we didn't accept that he was going to drop my case. Unprofessional and irritating at how much they damaged my case with this absolute mishandling. Stay away from this firm.

Called and a person took my info stating someone would call 3-5 business days to arrange a consultation. Two weeks later nothing. I called again and was told they would push my info out again and someone would call me Monday. We'll, nothing. Just don't bother with this law firm as they are apparently to busy to even have a consultation.

Jay was so helpful throughout my accident settlement process. He checked up frequently and helped me out with insurance things even before I retained him. I don't d forbid I'm ever in an accident again, but if I am or any of my loved ones, I will be sending them to Jay.

Had No availability to assist a elderly widow to probate a will. Never called her back after over a week of waiting. Slow response felt like unprofessional office staff. Came recommended for there previous lawyer who recently retired.
