my first two experiences with Dave Kimpel were fine, they were simple clear cut closing on a house. My most recent experience with Dave had caused me to recommend people not use this firm or him. HE blatantly ignored questions in emails and getting responses back from him was almost impossible unless i put in there please respond by end of business day. I did most of the work in the closing of this house as he was not aggressive at all in pushing the seller and her attorney to get things done. It then took from July to October to close on a deal between me and my in-laws with no money switching hands and was simply signing over land. Outstanding law firm. With poise and grace, Douglas Dodd helped me through the most complex, convoluted commercial real estate sale I've ever encountered (and I am not new to real estate). Doug is a good listener, patient, personable, and responds promptly to phone calls/emails. Moreover, the building is easy to get to with plenty of parking; the inside has a homey, relaxed feel.

My parents had there trust done here and they were beyond thorough in there preparation. They spent an hour explaining each paragraph to my folks and breaking all the legal terms down into layman's terms so my parents knew exactly what would happen as they got older.
