This is a rude and unprofessional attorney’s office. Just look at how they respond to people’s complaints and concerns. I am genuinely confused how I moved out of an apartment, had my move out confirmed, and still received an eviction letter from this office after I no longer lived there. The lack of professionalism, accuracy, and basic competence is shocking, and it’s clear why this firm has such a bad reputation.

This place literally sent me an intimidation letter to not use my first amendment rights, because im catching proof of my landlord breaking not just rules, but LAWS. They are telling me not to do what the sheriff's told me to do, or its a lease violation. I also have proof in email from the vice president of the community (corporate), that the landlord completely lied to her/them to downplay my concerns about the number of "rule violations" being left at my door. They will open and close my door with a letter stuck in it sometimes waking me up from sleeping in the morning on off days. Landlord told vice president of the community im ok and she appreciates my residency and told this attorney im threatening and some sort of problem because im "intimidating." Theres no question at all why the

What a joke I signed a bunch of legal documents tour we made a deal on a payment plan and then after everything goes through now they want to reverse it or the judge doesn’t agree to it whatever what a bunch of bullshit. Call 500 times a day nobody answers always a voicemail. I sure am glad that I’m not paying these idiots to be. My attorney goes to show you how messed up my mortgage company is dealing with them.

I was having issues with our AirBnb and was referred to Paletz Law by a friend.
