My husband and I went through the Immigration (Fiance Visa) process beginning a few years ago and I handled all of the forms myself until we encountered a complication during the AOS process last summer, at which time I sought out a Lawyer and came across Pastor & Associates. I worked with Mayson in Detroit and was extremely pleased with her attention to the case, willingness to answer all of my questions, and response time to everything. We were able to get what we needed sent over and received a favorable decision just recently, closing out a stressful time (that was made significantly easier thanks to Mayson and her expertise!)

Similarly to other reviewers who have provided a 1-star rating for this abomination of a law firm, I would not recommend anyone use their services. Caridad Pastor should be ashamed of the ineptitude of her firm, however, she will make sure to bill for more than the work she completed.

I highly recommend Atty. Mayson. She's really so competent and conscientious in every details. Alongside with Mr. Jorge and Melanie they did an amazing job. They have been such a great help and always attentive. It was really a blessing finding Pastor and Associates Law Firm. Atty. Mayson is such an incredible and highly respectable Lawyer. It was a blessing finding Mayson Habhab to work on my case. I was applying for an I-130 spouse visa and initially worked with a different lawyer who was not helpful at all. My experience with the team at Pastor & Associates was great! Carrie had initially taken on my case. She had assured me that the team would be with me every step of the way. She then passed the baton to Mayson, who guided me through the process, and attended the immigration interviews with me. This was so important to me, as I am someone who is nervous at any type of interview. She made sure that the Officers stayed within their lane when it came time to questioning.
