Dryest receptionist ever Her “law office” Me “ I was referred to Dustin by * from Shasta county” Her “Dustin isn’t taking on new clients” Me “Okay…” Her “have good day” (With the dryest monotone voice ever) No referrals. No he will be free in X time if the issue is still there… I wouldn’t want to call back in the future purely based on how un welcoming your receptionist is Dustin.

You’d think they’d be paying that woman to be much more appealing and way less miserable setting the tone for their potential clients.
