Not only once but twice now in the last 10 years. And that's not including the letter that was sent to a landlord to shut down an eviction because I was not made aware of my rights. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in need, they are awesome. This place is a double edge sword... Because of them I was able to do my homework, then find out the codes plus logistics of my classification which has given me the ability not be taken advantage of by the law. I've learned from them that the laws set up to punish those who lie and falsefy, but they also are set in place to let certain factions take advantage of people because of their ignorance of the laws. With that said this is a warning to ALL TENANTS who seek advice from this law firm... They are practicing deceitful tactics and gave me false info about my situation.
