Otsego County Prosecuting Atty

Extremely unprofessional during job duties. Makes comments like "this is like shooting monkeys in a barrell" loud enough where members of the gallery can hear. This is an elected official to represent the voice of the people. The demeanor was unprofessional & rude. Please do better. We are people of the same community. Their is no reason to make representation like this.

My experience with Otsego County, if you commit a crime...... you can claim you have a "medical problem" and they set you free with no jail time. Postponing your sentence, is what they say. This did not happen to me, personally. But it happened to a criminal who stole my brother's identity. He is still out free and committing crimes and not taking care of his "medical problem." And Gaylord justice system doesn't seem to care. Seriously?

I wouldn't give them a star they let a volunteer firefighter who raped a 6 year old go after serving a year it's so wrong. Where is the Justice for the 6 year old

The prosecution in otsego county is shady. That's putting it nicely.
