No one in that office seems to care. Gary sometimes didn't show up to court and would never inform me in advance. My daughter was 14 qt the time of the crime that she didn't commit. Gary told us there was overwhelming evidence but all he ever showed me were blacked out statements from two schoolmates. He wouldn't hire a handwriting expert. He didn't go after the MSP for continuing an interrogation even though he called twice in the middle of it to tell them to stop. Gary is overloaded with court appointed cases and doesn't have time to take on paying clients in my opinion.

Did absolutely nothing, hired my own laywer during my case and got told by my hired laywer "no one has been defending you" "I'm only seeing the other half of this case". Even on the minimalist of crimes, I suggest finding your own representation....

If you wanna waste your money hire this man he did nothing but take my money pretty sure he works for Otsego county court system because he sure was on their side again Don’t waste your money hire a real attorney

Receptionist is very rude and doesn't seem like anyone even cares to help. they never get anything done and don't show up to court

He's a yes man for the state. Run don't walk to another attorney.
