Seen a review saying absolutely worthless but decided to go with them anyway. I will second the absolutely worthless. Horrible at answering the phone and giving updates. You pay someone to do their job and in the end gets you nowhere. Waste of my time and money. Would not recommend.

If you’re in need of a cease and desist letter that threatens civil and criminal sanctions against you—without clearly what you actually did wrong—Attorney Erin Craig may be just the lawyer for you. In my experience, she sent such a letter to my wife and me, forbidding us from stepping foot commercial property that, as far as I can tell, her firm doesn’t represent. Maybe they do? Hard to say—she never mentioned it. All this despite the fact that my wife was hospitalized and unable to step foot anywhere when the letter was sent. For the record, the letter accused me of nothing—but still threatened me anyway. In my opinion, that kind of vague, overreaching posturing doesn’t come off as assertive. It just looks sloppy.
