Went to Dana for a consultation on getting my granddaughter back from foster care. Dana gave me 15 minutes of her time only to side with the people I wanted to fight against. She is part of that system and not on her clients side. Told me no way was I going to win and sent me on my way. Kept the $200 consultation fee for 15 mins of nothing! I DID get my granddaughter back WITHOUT her help. SHE WAS WRONG! Do not recommend you go here!

Dana was professional, responsive, and straightforward. She let me know early on how she thought things would play out, and they went as she expected. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions promptly, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I appreciated that she didn’t waste my time (or money) with unnecessary meetings or communications. I highly recommend her.

Dana is part of the systemic problem with the court systems. They are all money hungry but don’t actually do their job. She got $7,000 out of us in 6 months and we never even met her!!!! Sided with the mother constantly regardless of very alarming issues we brought to her attention. Would rarely reply to our emails or do anything/follow up with anything. We have debated reporting her to the bar because our experience was that bad. The amount of money these guardians take versus the work they do should be illegal. We had to sell almost everything we owned and ended up just settling because we couldn’t afford her, and the suggestions she was making the court to order us to do… coparenting, counseling, mediation….
