We chose to work with Kevin O’Sullivan when purchasing our first home and we couldn’t have made a better decision. Kevin and Ramea (his paralegal) were informative and very responsive. We were constantly reassured that actions were being taken to ensure a smooth road to closing. Ramea was always available to clarify details we had questions about and Kevin was such a huge help when we encountered issues with our landlords. At closing, Kevin reviewed everything every step of the way. As first time homebuyers, we really couldn’t imagine a stronger legal team. Highly recommend.

I worked with Kevin O’Sullivan and Ramea last year when we did a closing on our house. This team goes above and beyond and ensure that the real estate transaction does not fall through. Ramea worked tirelessly to ensure the contractual agreements are properly drawn up. O’Sullivan did a fantastic job representing our interest throughout the entire experience and at closing. I’m currently going through a refinance with them for another property. They are my primary contacts for anything real estate. I cannot vouch for them enough and I’m glad I was able to find such a great team and great firm!

Having the absolute worst time with this office. I have never met such an awful attorney before in my life. Peter Zacchea Has wasted mine and my clients time for the last week. Our entire deal is about to fall apart because of Peter’s unresponsiveness, lack of professionalism, and terrible communication. Tried to contact an other attorney in the office. Seems that everybody is allergic to their phones. If you want to close on a home, do not use this office. Everybody is incredibly frustrated with Peter. He mentioned there’s some sort of emergency And things do happen, but that’s when you ask another attorney to fill-in for you. All we need is a buyers signature to go into contract And they can’t make that happen for us. Seriously consider this review if you’re going to use this office

We worked with Kevin O'Sullivan in 2019 for a co-op purchase. After the initial meeting he never returned calls or emails, everything went through the paralegal. There were mistakes in the contract that he didn't catch, when i asked him he admitted to never reading it. Don't waste your time.

Kevin O'Sullivan treated me as an unimportant client in a real estate transaction. I was threatened with court unless I surrendered $31,500 of my security deposit after I was rejected by a co-op board through no fault of my own. It felt like extortion or him intending for me to take financial damage in a situation where I deserved none. There is an apparent conflict of interest between him and another attorney in his physical office when the two of them represent opposite sides in transactions.
