I hired attorney Nikon Limberis to represent me in the purchase of a home at 3280 34th St., Astoria. During the process, I experienced difficulties with communication — my calls, voicemails, texts, and emails often went unanswered for several days, and I eventually had to visit the office in person to get updates. I also noticed that he appeared to have a friendly working relationship with the realtor and the seller’s attorney, which made me feel uncertain about whether my interests were being fully represented. Based on my experience, I was not satisfied with the level of service and would likely look for a different attorney in the future.
