Received a call from their number. When I asked them who was calling they refused to tell me unless I first told them who I was. They then told me they are a debt collector and that my refusal to give them my information before they would identify themselves meant that they would put down that I am refusing to verify my identity and refusing to pay my debt. They then abruptly hung up. What kind of practice is this? Who in their right mind would answer a cold call and give out their information to a caller who refuses to identify themselves? If any other law firms see this message please contact me. This practice must mean they are refusing to let people know they owe a debt.

Being doubled billed for a hospital visit, already paid them in September of last year, didn't try to send me a new bill until Feb of this year, and no easy way to just email the law firm to discuss. I work a call center all day, I have no time to call them. The hospitals trying to screw me over and unfortunately has the money to take this to court where I don't so I'm just stuck paying something I shouldn't have to

Probably the worst agency anyone can deal with. They claimed they sent things to me, called me time and time again before they took me to court for an automatic win against me. Of course they won I never recieved anything from them ever. And now because they allowed my case to get sooooooo far, there is nothing that they can do to help me other then take 85% to close the case. 85% is over 13k that I have a single month to come up with. Are you guys insane!? Who has that type of money. Make sure if you end up with dealing with this company you are aware that you are dealing with this company because they won’t PROPERLY notify you. They are a company of liars, claiming I was “served” yet I don’t have any paperwork that proves that. I don’t even know my account number so figure that one out 🤔

Received a collection letter from this Agency back in 2010 requesting payment for around 30000 dollars for a bill that was payed by my insurance. I called and spoke with them after confirming with my insurance company that they had paid the bill. The agency rep was polite and stated that they indeed had received confirmation of payment and no further action would be taken. About 5 years later, I receive a summons stating I am being sued by this agency on behalf of the hospital for the same debt. I called the agency and attempted to explain that this was already taken care of. I was told they had no record of this, the debt had been confirmed by the hospital, and that they would continue with action unless I agreed to pay.
