We hired Dan as our attorney when selling our home and could not be less satisfied. He failed to represent our best legal interest (verified by a second opinion from a real estate attorney). His legal advice was to leave things that were not agreed upon in contract and to pay for cosmetic repairs to the home that the buyers wanted. When pressed by the selling agent, Dan stated that he didn’t like getting into arguments at the closing table. Last I checked, that’s why people go to law school - to learn to effectively argue. Dan is the type of person that wants to collect the paycheck but not do any work for it. Simply put, if you want to pay someone to work for the other team, hire Dan Glaser. If you want someone to represent you, look elsewhere.
