I reached out to Mr. O’ Neal after hours, not knowing what else to do. He personally contacted me within the hour. He reassured me, but never gave me false hope. I absolutely do not recommend. My partner found himself in an urgent situation on a Sunday, requiring turnaround representation on a Monday morning. I contacted several attorneys on Sunday morning. Randy was at least initially considerate enough to return my call Sunday afternoon. I outlined the urgency of the turnaround time and he agreed to accept the case. Note his office doesn’t have an electronic method of accepting payment so it’s cash only, which is inaccessible and inconvenient for many folks. He at least agreed to a lower cash retainer and said he would represent my partner as long as I showed up at his office at 8:30 Monday morning with cash in hand.
