They were wonderful. Our loved one died in Florida and had to be transferred to Richmond. This funeral home worked with us in a very difficult time. The weather did not cooperate but Chad and Shannon did. We had a small service in the beautiful funeral home. And then moved on to the cemetary. They took their time with us. Very unprofessional and made this time of tragedy elven harder for my family. They would not discuss anything without payment in full which we had already discussed but they wanted cash on the spot as soon as the meeting started. We had a portion of the money in a go fund me acct they would not accept it so we had to spend half the day try to figure out a way to come up with that portion of the money once we did and brought it back they made it a point to count every dollar in front of us after they already wasted enough of our time. We are a middle class family and she had no insurance so we have worked so hard to get everything together to afford this. Chad went above and beyond what he had to, to comfort my 10 year old daughter who was devastated by the loss of her grandpa.. He made sure she took a break and talked to her to make her smile.. I will forever be grateful for him!! Such a beautiful place!

My sister passed in January, my neice and nephew who were in charge of the funeral arrangements are in the early to mid 20’s. This funeral home was awful. The obituary did not include a photo and they did not allow us to make the obituary personal- just important details and that was all. My neice wanted to have a slideshow with music during the viewing. The technology is so out of date. She created a google link and a jump drive but those did not work, a CD was required (most computers do not come with CD players anymore!). They spelled her name wrong on the sign showing people where to go in the funeral home, the men helping with visitation were so cranky, and there is no parking. During the service a loud beeping noise was going off and they could not figure out how to stop it, so duri
