I had a disappointing experience. About two weeks ago, I spoke with the initial screening representative and was informed that I qualified for their services. Later, I received a letter asking me to call the office to verify my information, which I did promptly. During that call, I was first told I should expect additional correspondence by mail. Shortly afterward, I was informed that they would not be taking my case and was advised to look for representation elsewhere. No clear explanation was provided as to what changed. As a retired, disabled veteran seeking legal assistance, this was frustrating and discouraging.
