Miss Eileen Arceneaux and Rachel both were amazing!! Calls and emails were always returned promptly. Miss Eileen was very patient and considerate about my disability and worked well at coming to a way of discussing confusing things with my confused brain. Also very tolerant with my twisted sense of humor, making e feel more relaxed about tough decisions. She explained everything at "my speed", which is no simple task! They were very down to earth and talked WITH me, not AT me! In the end, taking a lesser amount was better in the long run, but they went over every possible action and outcome so I could make the best decision for my life!
