I called this office about a bench warrant connected to a speeding ticket I received in Picayune in 2017. From the very beginning I was clear and specific: I told the intake person I had a bench warrant for a 2017 ticket and needed to know the proper steps to resolve it. I was told a consultation would be $100 and that it would basically “cover the entire process,” but no one explained what that meant or why a paid consult was necessary for something that sounded like a straightforward traffic issue.
