Both Sam and Jennifer were amazing and very professional. However, I could tell they were and still are understaffed. I will make donations to them once I pay off my medical debt.

Not sure what the point of their services for low / no income individuals is if they are not willing to help. They completed program enrollment and then did not even know the conference date when asked when they would be there to meet for it. Absolutely upsetting and unsettling and their only resolution was to close the case and “good luck”. Save your time and look elsewhere, maybe you’ll get lucky and find someone who will have more compassion and be willing to help you pro bono with more time.

First child custody lawyer who advised me and then left firm altogether dropped my case completely! 2nd lawyer lied to me saying he would contact me and never did. I feel under represented and not taken seriously! These are my children were talking about! My life! My everything! And no one can give me any answers or provide me with any representation 4 days before my court date?! This is complete and total disorganized confusion and lack of morals! If I could give a negative 500 billion I would!

This place is a joke. I've had a case open with them since initial interview in may. I've literally been called back twice since then. Its October. I've left multiple multiple voicemails and emails. No return calls or emails. Receptionist could care less. Not their problem. Apparently nobody higher the the almighty receptionists themselves to talk to about this. Or so they claim. It's so sad. I'm sure they will say overwhelmed or understaffed. Please. I'm from a county 20xs bigger then this one who I've dealt with their legal aid also unfortunately. Never disappointed. Again if you wanna waste your time come here!!! If not I suggest trying to save money for a real lawyer. Cause this place sure doesn't give a damn about your time or issues!!!!

My husband and I went for help, the atty started nice, felt a case was there. He had asked for paperwork from our bank, which we supplied to him. He needed much more that we couldn't get, said couldn'tgo back any further. He became rude, screamed at my husband on the phone calling him a liar. The atty said he has to talk this way sometimes. Closed our case with the comment that we didn't supply him with what he needed. I would never recommend dealing with him, rude & arrogant !!! We asked for him to call also to try and get the further paperwork, he refused.
