Very needed service for the community Jim and his staff are very friendly and understanding.

When I called this place, the woman who answered was very knowledgeable and asked a few questions in order to find out what legal services I needed. She was very patient with me and she even answered a few of my questions honestly. She lets you know if you're eligible for their services and directs you in the right direction. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable about different types of services and directs you in that path you need. I loved dealing with them. They really helped me with all the legal things I had to ask about when my husband passed. Thank you for being there.

There a Joke they do nothing for you. I needed a simple paper and wouldn’t answer a question. Where does the state find people that can’t answer a simple question. North penn legal services. Just another state agency that does nothing but collect money from the state and helps no one.

I have sought assistance from the Bethlehem office for several issues over the years, but no longer. There have been a few instances where their legal aides would actually assist us, but more often than not, we would essentially get told that we probably were "in the wrong" (we weren't) and that they would not/could not help us. Specifically in the past two years, there were two separate issues where after applying for services, the aides who responded would claim that we did not have a basis to appeal and that they would not represent us at any hearings. Just today I had a telephone hearing regarding an appeal. Ms. Renick had told me several times since October of last year to send her all information regarding my appeal, which I would promptly do each time. Yet I would not hear from her

I went here for needing help coming to agreements with financial institutions. Their recommendation was to sell my house to pay it off, then go live with relatives or a homeless shelter, with 3 young children, until I could afford a place to live. Do not go here, they do not want to help you.
