Talked to Kathleen 2 weeks ago on the phone explaining my situation with my divorce and the lawyer I have who took my money and did nothing for an entire year. She agreed with me on all points, so I stopped in yesterday to make an appointment for a consultation. I was met be the most miserable and uncaring woman at the desk. My divorce was supposed to be super easy as we have no children, assets or invest.e ts together and its uncontested. We got the "discovery" from my spouse around september 2024. He never filed what he needed to (within 30 days of the Discovery) in order to secure mes court date with the divirce mediator. He never retirned emails or calls. He never sent be a bill. It has been over A YEAR and im no closer to a dovirce than I was14 months ago plus I'm out $2500!! I got a new attorney 6 weeks ago and he says Leeth won't give him my paperwork!!! Brian Gaglione is by far the best attorney in the area. He’s great with communication and is very comforting in difficult times. He’s helped me with multiple cases and is very experienced and dedicated in what he does. My Mother was charged for allowing me to use her vehicle and he told me “not to worry he’ll be there to take care of it” and when he heard the story he didn’t even charge my mother for getting the ticket dismissed in court!
