Waited to do this review to see if it was going to be a 5 star for outstanding results even if there were minor issues or a 3 star because half of what I was expecting happened. Had two vehicles I wanted Matt to file claims on. The first was a jeep that we had constant engine issues with and were trying to file a lemon law claim on. The second vehicle was a truck that has had a recall with no repair available for over a year and was deemed “unsafe to drive”. Communication with Matt was hit or miss.
