This law firm was a complete disaster. I had a horrible experience with them and strongly advise against using their services. They are the epitome of incompetence. The partner I worked with, Karl Norgaard, came across as intelligent and personable, but his actions did not match his words. He assigned my case to the most incompetent attorney I have ever encountered, Milica Fatovich. Milica refused to listen to my suggestions, thinking she was always right, and when it turned out I was correct, she tried to take credit for it. She spent more time talking and repeating obvious things than actually working on my case.
