I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received from this law office. The front desk staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Every time I’ve called, I’ve been told that “the message will be passed on,” yet I never receive a follow-up. It’s the same excuse over and over again, with no resolution. It has been months since I’ve been waiting for a refund that they clearly owe me, and I still haven’t gotten any updates or callbacks. I’ve even tried to speak directly with the associate I worked with, but the front desk won’t transfer the call or give clear answers. This kind of neglect and poor communication is unacceptable for any business, especially a law firm.

Very rude, nasty, MONEY HUNGRY individuals. My mother received poor treatment by the staff. They are taking advantage of the current political state to dehumanize clients. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS PRACTICE. There are amazing lawyers out there, THIS IS NOT IT.
