Don't bother calling them. Receptionist is very unprofessional and stonewalled me when I called to ask a question on landlord responsibility and didn't even allow me to ask my question or speak to someone who may be able to answer my question. They clearly don't want to hear what you have to say and a receptionist isn't the one with a law degree. About as unprofessional as it gets.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I called to see if I could get representation, and she wouldn’t even hear me out and let me explain my situation. All she said was “no that’s okay, I don’t need to hear it” so she got hung up on. You guys should really think about who you hire to answer phones.
