This company held onto my information for a few years. I did what they asked, because I was doing it alone (this is not easy and a lot of things to naturally navigate through!); On top of great reviews. First mistake I made. So, After X amount of time; I got a phone call. Basically saying I won't win the case. Told me to come get all my stuff from their office. I did just that! I made a few phone calls. Another lawyer swooped me in immediately, processing stuff this company never did! Faster than I expected. I won my case! Without any issues. I'm so glad this company thought I couldn't win. I cannot put into words how wonderful it was to work with Ashley and Scott. They were incredibly efficient and took care of everything for me. They were kind, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this firm to anyone who needs help apply for SSDI! The staff (Ashley) and my lawyer (Kylie) were concerned for me after the hearing because I was not doing well, even though we won. The first question (after making sure they were talking to me) was if I was okay. It wasn’t to talk about the case; it was about me - a human being. It felt like I was always heard through the entire process when I was hired the firm.
