I had a check that showed up over 30 year's ago. The check was for only 20.00. they have a garnishment total 1600 dollars. They are horrible people. The lawyers I've talked to said they keep submitting it back in to court right before it's expires.

They are garnishing my check from 1996, a $200 hot check is now $4,398. Any information I request i never receive, now I can't even get in touch with them by phone. Very unprofessional! Will be contacting my own legal recourse

After 29 years, I get a garnishment. No information on how much I owe anything. Going to contact an attorney and sue this debt collector.

Trying to garnish paycheck from the year 1998. This is way past the statute of limitations. They tried to scare me into thinking they could garnish my wages from a bad check written for groceries when I was sick with cancer back in 1998.

If you call someone else in another state that does not garnish wages for debt collection except for the federal govt and tell someone that you will garnish wages like you did my friend today. I will report your to the bar association in Kansas. Do you hear me? You better get your collection practices in order before you wreck yourself.
