I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Jennifer Berger. She did not act in my or my child’s best interest and made decisions that ultimately put my child in a worse situation. I felt manipulated throughout the process, and she made agreements with the court that did not reflect my wishes or prioritize my child’s safety. If you are looking for an attorney who will truly advocate for you and your child, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

Ignoring the horrible reviews was an expensive and time consuming mistake for me! I know it can be stressful calling attorney after attorney waiting on call backs that never happen but just be patient and DO NOT hire Jennifer! Jennifer has absolutely no fight left in her old bones and takes no pride in her work. I myself fired her immediately before even stepping foot in the Court room and so glad I did. It was the best I could do to right the wrong of hiring her in the first place.

Absolutely 100% do not recommend Jennifer Berger. I hired her for a custody “battle” with my child’s dad. It was a decently easy case with only one small disagreement between the respondent, who did not have an attorney, and I. Jennifer not only responded better to the respondent than she did to me, but also went against the plan we had made prior to the hearing without discussing the change with me. The change that she decided to make benefited the respondent, not me. As soon as the judge said in front of all of us that she will grant what I was asking for, Jennifer immediately changed the plan to benefit the other party. She cares about money and money only. Stay away!

Jennifer Berger absolutely changed my life. She gave me strength when I was weak, and she ALWAYS went above and beyond. She believes in what she does and that is more than I can say for most people in the world today... and her support person Dee is an angel, too! Always willing to lend an ear. If you are in need of the best of the best, Jennifer Berger is your gal! As far as some people saying that her fees are high, just remember... you get what you pay for.😉 I would rather always want her beside, me than against me.

Jennifer is very knowledgeable and is spot-on with judgement of character. She did an amazing job with my divorce settlement and genuinely seems to look out for the best interest of her client and their children. I've gone back to her a couple of times for support modifications and would recommend her to anyone.
