I recently decided to update my Last Will and Testiment. I went to Nelson Michael, Attorney At Law as recommended by friends. Mr. Michael was professional, kind and thorough. I would recommend Mr. Michael's services highly!

Handled my divorce in 90’s. Opposing attorney told me “I wish I had been your attorney.” I had to fight up to WV Supreme Court to get any alimony. My soon to be ex was making close to $100,000. a yr. I got $1000. ••• a month! Nelson would not fight, for me or for more. No job experience but I survived and I succeeded.

Very professional law firm. We needed an attorney to represent us in Court and Nelson Michael took our case. He is very knowledgeable and a capable lawyer. He read every aspect of our case, spoke to us and researched the law. He did an outstanding job presenting our case to the Court. We prevailed in Court thanks to Nelson Michael.

Went in for the consultation and he was very straight with me about the case but he also said he would work with me on the payment, then when it came time to appoint him, he raised the price and wouldn't even talk to me himself. He had his assistant do it. Not very professional in my opinion and doesn't stick to what he originally says.

Nelson has handled our family business for decades and as always he provided sensitive guidance and excellent service.
