I hired Nick James as a GAL. He failed to perform at my expectations. His report was full of typos and errors as if he had his secretary wrote it for him last minute. He never talked to my kids directly. He was handed plenty of evidence that supported my case. He was my last hope in this case and he treated me like I was just another stack of paper on his desk. He collected his money and moved on. My life and children’s future was at stake and he could care less. If you expect an attorney to get deeply involved and care about your case, Nick James is not the attorney you’re looking for. One in person meeting was all I got at the cost of almost 2k. I would have been better off throwing my hard earned money in the trash.
