Intake rep kept insinuating that I couldn't comprehend what I was told regarding my case. When I got upset and called her out on her attitude, I suddenly received a letter in the mail stating that they can't help me. They couldn't even call me to tell me, which is very unprofessional in my opinion.
I highly recommend in time of need. Very kind and patient. I have used them twice for child support issues.
They are friendly and if they can't help they will direct you to an agency that maybe able to provide assistance.
