If I could I definitely would give him no stars. I had a gut feeling he was just gonna be like my old one. Which I was totally right. I talked to him once and every since Sept.10th he ignored my messages and phone calls. He messages me the day of court and asks me what time is court. Like aren't you my attorney why you asking your client what time court is. I asked him if he got all the aligations and he said " no they wouldn't give them to me". Again he is an attorney and he can get anything he asks for. I told him well I got them, he said how. I told him I pulled strings and left it at that. Definitely wasn't representing my side at all. Updated My husband retained him a few years ago for custody case and we got more than what we thought we would. Brian is an amazing attorney and I have recommended him to multiple people over the years. Tried to retain him again for a case and after about 15 times of trying to reach him with only 1 text back we decided to go through someone else. I would think he would be a little more professional to actually say he was too busy to accept a new client or any response at all would of been way more professional than to just ignore someone for multiple weeks.
