Near North Title Group - Merrillville

We’ve worked with Near North Title Group in Merrillville many times, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Lisa. She is fast, on point, and just gets things done. No headaches, no delays, she makes the whole closing process smooth every single time. The whole team is great, but Lisa really goes above and beyond for us. If you need a title company that actually communicates and keeps things moving, this is the place to go.

Yeah 1st time selling a house. 1st time dealing with this place. I felt rushed & somethings where not explained at all. I email for questions I thought of afterwords & get half ass comments back. Still waiting on missing $$ . They never told the 1 company there was new owners for the bill. This place lack of communication.

I highly recommend Near North! I recently purchased a home, moving from out of state and the team at Near North made the process so easy! They were very easy to communicate with and very knowledgable. Closing day was a breeze - a lot of paperwork to sign - but each page they went over in detail so we knew exactly what we were signing. Tracey was amazing!

I was was originally closing with another title company which was affected by a cyber attack that took down all their systems and delayed my closing indefinitely. Near North was able to save the day by transferring my entire account over in 24 hours and driving a smooth successful close just one day after I had been scheduled to close with the other company. This quick switch was faster than anyone thought possible, and everything about the closing was efficient, friendly, and professional. So thankful for near north keeping my home purchase on track !
