Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys

Learner and Rowe were amazing helping in my case. They called to check on me, even after my surgery. They called with updates on my case. They called to stay in touch once a month. However, I needed to go to court and they transferred me to Another law firm whom, I trusted because Learner and Rowe was so great. However, their firm they refer you to Smith & Fankhauser, P.C I would not recommend. They were not as great. I feel like I would've done a better job on my own. I feel like, I am not sure what I paid for, type of deal. So sad! Not sure why such a great Law firm would send their clients there. I am definitely let down.

I highly recommend everyone come to Lerner and Rowe. The person I had the pleasure of dealing with was named Abby. Abby was extremely informative, she listened to all my concerns and she had seemed as if she genuinely cared about my health and recovery. The customer service that Ived experienced here is exceptional !

This was the second time using Lerner and Rowe attorneys to settle my case. Even thought everyone is great there. There one person that I want to give a special shot out to. Molly has gone above and beyond her duties. Couple months before my accident I lost my mom and so when she first talked to me after my accident I was a total wreck. For the past two years she has checked on me more than my own family did, even times she didn’t have to she was there. It brings tears to my eyes thinking about how she definitely a God sent and anyone that gets a the pleasure of working with her will see the beauty she will bring to a messed up situation. I truly can’t thank her enough. So if anyone is ever in a wreck i recommend calling them.

Nice staff, however the first person I talked to said that they could definitely help me out on my car injury claim. Then after I spend a lot of time on paper work, they tell me they do not want to take the case because there were not enough medical bills. Would have been nice to know that in the initial screening before doing all the paperwork.

What differentiates Lerner and Rowe’s firm from the others is the communication. It is very clearly a priority to them. The staff is incredibly responsive and even if you leave a message, they get back to you within the day. Their client liaison, Attorney Natalie Saliba, was so pleasant to speak with and she was able to explain the legal process to me in a way that I could actually understand…she was very genuine which I appreciated. She answered all my questions and concerns and put my mind at ease.  Thank you Natalie and thank you Lerner and Rowe!
