All I can say is don't use them for a title company if you're buying/selling a house. They are slow as molasses in winter when it comes to getting anything done on time, it doesn't matter how many times to emphasize the you're on a deadline. They promised to have the title done by last week. It's still not processed and we're two days away from closing.

We just closed on our new construction loan. Nasto's office was great to work with.
