Update: I was told I would receive my deed and paperwork in two weeks. It has now been a month (and now two), and still no paperwork. I was able to take care of a real estate transaction. The office has a welcoming atmosphere, and the owner is very cordial.
Mr. Murphy and team are the BEST! They assisted with the purchase of a parcel of land I've had my eye on for a Long time! They kept me updated and informed through the Whole process. I would definitely recommend and go there again for more of land or home legal needs!
He may take a little more time than others but he is very precise ,professional, knowledgeable and you'll have the confidence that it was done right the first time.
