Kim help me feel that everything was going to be okay! She was very friendly and polite. She didn't make me fine bad or uneasy about everything. She made me feel confident about things. Kim was very fast and efficient! Everyone in the office was very polite!!

I drove all the way over to Andalusia to be met with a sign at the door that says Appointment Only. There were no cars in the parking lot and there was no one in the waiting area. I was told we would have to call the 800 number and make an appointment and they absolutely did not make same day appointments. This should be posted online so other's don't waste a whole day. I live over an hour away.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions and were happy to do so. There very professional and understanding of my situation. I recommend them for anyone that needs help.
