This review is followed by months and months of leaving messages, coming into the office and leaving messages with secretary and voice mail. Mark Moulton does not return phone calls!!! Doesn’t return emails! Mark Moulton promised my elderly parents that he would take care of neighbor dispute issue. Took $1000 as retainer. Then Told them that all the files are lost and that he can’t help them. When asked for some money back for not finishing the job he simply disappeared. Took advantage of an elderly couple on a fixed income. In the end my parents went to the township, where all the records were still present. Hired a surveyor who finished the job. Please please be aware of Mr Moulton’s behavior. This is our story, make your own judgement.

Never calls you back even after paying him and leaving several months of voicemails. You get ghosted do not recommend.
