Did not advocate for me, ignored my concerns, and pressured me into a decision I didn’t agree with to appease the other party. Also failed to send my file to my new attorney. I would not recommend.

Did not do half of what I asked at trial. Did not show any evidence that I wanted shown even when I put it in front of him. I would stay away from this law firm.

Horrible communications, need to constantly reach out for any info. Very disappointed with their level of performance and accountability. You might as well hire a high school kid from a debate team to present a better argument in court.

You have to keep on them you Pay them and practically still have to do THEIR job or hound them everyday to do their job that you paid them to do he should just retire at this point or stop taking on new clients or hire more people I am ripping up my will cause I have gone through hell and back dealing with estate of my husband he was our business lawyer also and never called us to pick up our corporate kit unreal I’m not happy with Farley at all

Robert Bernathy never returned phone calls. Got me locked up for a day for failure to appear. Worst lawyer in the world. I’m actively talking to a lawyer about suing his firm for negligence.
