This happened back in 2005 before Google reviews was popular. I hired Mosley for 2 cases and received 0 results. One was for a medical malpractice and the other was for a wrongful death. He didn't seemed aggressive as far a pursuing the hospital, the daycare and their insurance companies. I would ask him for a update and he would tell me that he hadn't heard back from them. Of course they wouldn't get back to you, if you're not aggressive. He also told me that he sometimes had to put my cases on hold and go for the quick money cases. This went on for a year by then it was to late to hire another lawyer. I should have went to a firm like the ones you would see on TV

I just had a phone call conversation with this gentleman and he was the most disrespectful combative unprofessional gentlemen I've ever dealt with in my entire life and calling him a gentleman is a contradiction to the word but I was raised to call Elders gentleman he's rude doesn't answer any questions if you ask and does not deserve to have the title as a lawyer if you're looking into hiring him I suggest you look the other way
