We had a great experience with Janek and his team after my family was t-boned in a car accident. From our first meeting to the end of the case, Janek and his team were kind, responsive, reassuring, and had our best interests at heart. They kept us updated throughout the case, answered all of our questions, and helped make a really stressful situation feel manageable. I am so glad that I got into contact with Mr. Berger and Mrs. Kimelman (And Ami!). Both were incredibly kind and professional the entire time they worked on my case and I was primarily in contact with Ms. Kimelman. I have no memory of my accident, and had no proof at first, so that made things more difficult. I have ZERO experience with attorneys, but she walked me through every single step, made sure I understood what was going on in terms I could understand, and never even once made me feel less than any other client or like I was a bother because I had more questions. Kenny and everyone who works with him are so very friendly, helpful, and communicative during every step of the way.
