I have been living in real estate hell for a while now with a tenant who refused to pay or leave. After months of trying to be kind and work with the tenant, provide rental assistance, and cover costs myself, I needed help. George has been here for me every step of the way. He was patient and helpful, walking me through the process when I was scared, sad, and genuinely at the end of my line. Thank you George and team!!!!

I closed a mortgage with Moses and Hill in 2004 and just recently discovered that they never filed the lien release with the town. After speaking with the bank they confirmed the lien release was sent to the offices of Mose and Hill so I called to question why it was not filed. Attorney George Hill immediately got defensive and was very condescending and rude and was not willing to help with the matter. So now I am left with the responsibility of requesting duplicate lien releases and filing them with the town myself. A task that should have been done by the office of Moses and Hill years ago. I would recommend looking elsewhere for any legal services you may need.
