I recently worked with Matthew E. Willis on a traffic ticket, and I’m honestly so grateful I found him. This firm is good at putting initial documents in place. However, use caution if you wish to revise documents or make transactions as a power of attorney. Allison poirier gets one star, but the other lawyers may be OK. I am an honest / decent human being and am trying to protect the well-being of my elderly parents and their assets. Unfortunately, Allison has major trust issues and strung me along for weeks in anticipation of completing a legal transaction and then at the last minute dropped me and my family as a client. This was not due to legal reasons, but due to personal preference. I was not even given the opportunity to provide Medical Records that demonstrated my parents mental competence to understand and sign a legal document. We recently went to Kahan Kerensky Caposela, LLP for advice on our legal options should one of us become incapacitated. Attorney Sutton gave us excellent information and when he inquired as to the status of our will, we all realized that it's 25 years old and needed to be updated. So Attorney Sutton and team updated the will (complete with additional paperwork). It was all very efficient. And every interaction we had with anyone in the office was pleasant and professional.
