We found out the hard way. The client is always responsible for the actions or lack of actions of their attorney. Courts have ruled that the client is free to choose their attorney. Got to do better research and still that is never enough. About $20K out the window. In about a year and a half ... NEARLY NOTHING GOT DONE. We had to retain another attorney elsewhere who drafted a very specific client attorney contract. This other attorney then fulfilled part of his contract but appeared unwilling to complete it as specified in the contract. Apprx $7500.00 out the door to this other attorney elsewhere. Judges seem more than willing to protect what appears to be a "racket".

Mike Morris and Rick Gindhart were so much help. I am truly thankful for their assistance. They went above and beyond and assisted with things they were not required to do. I would absolutely recommend their services to everyone. They definitely do their best to make you feel taken care of.
