Look no further for your Family Estate Planning than Davidek!!! Late 2025, we went in for a simple appointment to find out how to get our house in both our names, myself & wife, in the event something happens to me. All interactions by phone and email were so pleasant including with Gisselle, Carrie, Deanna, and then we met with attorney, Robert Harrison, in person for our initial appointment who was not only SO friendly & approachable but extremely knowledgeable in helping us understand the BIG difference between a Will and a Trust. It was a no brainer to choose a Trust, so what was supposed to be a short visit and maybe a little cost turned into a great relationship and paying to create a Trust which we have SOO much ease around now!! If you are reading this posting about the Davidek Law Firm, then I strongly encourage you NOT to select the Davidek Law firm for legal services. I urge you to shop around to find a law firm that does not "cancel" its legal services when you, the client, require changes to complex, legal documents like a Revocable Living Trust. Davidek Law utilizes "invites" for dinner meetings to enlarge its business, then keeps you coming back with their annual "pay plans". I strongly suggest avoiding these evening events as you will not get the "real story" about their practice. In the past, I've worked with 7 different attorneys in 7 different States over a period of 17 years, and no attorney has ever terminated their legal representation for me except in Texas.
